    KrazyBuy Shipping Policy 

     

    KrazyBuy offers fast and very affordable shipping. Most orders shipped within the
    continental United States will ship for free and arrive within 7 days. Expedited shipping
    is available and are optional as discounted prices. The rates are based on the package
    weight, destination, and shipping method.

     

    Shipping Methods and Transit Times

    Sonic Electronix ships orders from our Louisville, Kentucky location. On occasion,
    orders will be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or distributor in order to reduce the
    shipping time. Shipping times are listed on the product page and shopping cart page.
    International Customers: We ship to most countries around the world.


    We ship to all countries, except the following: Afghanistan, Armenia, Bolivia, Cuba,
    Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria,
    Thailand, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen and many others in Africa or South America that
    have been flagged for prolific fraud. The shipping fee for your order is based on its
    weight and destination, as well as the shipping method selected. Any fees outside of the cost of the product such as import duties, import document processing or brokerage are the sole responsibility of the customer. KrazyBuy has no control nor is discounted for these taxes, fees or charges.


    Order Tracking

    After your purchase is shipped, you will receive an email with complete
    tracking information. Please reference this tracking info on the carrier's website for in transit status. If you do not receive an email with tracking after you have placed your order please contact us at cs@KrazyBuy.com or call us at 1-323-722-3333.


    Order Processing

    KrazyBuy normally ships most orders by the next business day. Many
    processes occur after you complete your order, from pick ticket creation to packaging
    and shipment. During this process we are processing many simultaneous orders and
    staff is attempting to maintain accuracy. We ask that you allow at least the 2 business
    days to be updated via email for tracking information. If you have not received this
    information, contact us on the 3rd day.


    Shipping to Alternate Address 

    KrazyBuy does not change ship to addresses after an order is processed. In most cases addresses not matching the billing the address will be flagged for potential fraud. KrazyBuy will attempt to complete the order but this requires additional verification and delays the entire KrazyBuy Experience.

     

    Shipping Change Fees (Address Intercept)

    If a request to change the shipping address is made after the package is shipped, it is subject to an Address Intercept Fees imposed by shipping carriers. The amount of the fee will be the responsibility of the customer. Not all shipping carriers or shipping methods will allow address intercept changes. Please ensure shipping address accuracy at time of ordering.

     

    IMPORTANT: Some payment methods will NOT allow us to re-route shipments.
    Therefore, we are limited to package interceptions due to buyer protection programs in place. Some of these payment methods include, but are not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Acima, Paypal, and BitPay.


    Signature Required 

    In most cases KrazyBuy will require a signature at delivery. This makes sure you receive your purchase securely especially for higher value items. If a signature is not attainable and the shipment is returned, the customer will be refunded
    less our shipping fees. Our apologies but the customer cannot request to bypass this
    security measure.


    Missing Packages 

    Delivery require notification within 48 hours of delivery. We will
    not cover replacement or refund for notifications after this 48 hours. If we have proof of delivery we will assist in filing claim. We will refund or replace in very specific cases.
